I’ve obsessed with die hard lately. From watching the 5th one first, then I purchased the boxer and watched the 1st and 4th one consecutively. The last one is not as good as the previous ones. But if there’s a sixth one, I’ll definitely watch it in theater.

Tomorrow is a start of my new journey. so live free or die hard.

I got to listen to a very good lecture today. Get to know about a few things or two in further education. Thank you for the inspiration. I’m going to be where I want to be in the next 5-10 years. Cheer up!!!

After the lecture, I watched wreck it Ralph. I have to be honest I really like the movie. It’s beyond what I imagine a cartoon based on video game should be. It’s like comparing a work of being a villain as profession. Just totally impressed with the concept and overall feel of the movie, really worth 200 bath.

So in the end, I really have to set my goal. And it’s not about money. If you really wanna be someone, you’ll eventually get there if you work really hard to get what you want.

2013 is a time to make a life-long plan and reach it. Anyway, I just try taking GRE...

2012 has been a whirlwind for me, and it’s almost coming to a close. It also feels like as soon as you get a bonus, your life in 2012 has concluded and it’s already a start of a new year after this holiday.

My first day of holiday is concluded with a movie about employees’ life. I think that this movie is very inspirational. You can see a lot of yourself and others within this movie. And a lot of things you see from the movie can also be applied to real life. For example, Pan, the marketing manager, who is very strict and always make plans for everything ahead of time, makes lists of things to do next year and ahead. During work, it is very difficult to see a humorous side of him because he is very strict and punctual. But when things fell apart, it is difficult for him to handle the disappointment. And there comes Wai, the opposite. She’s an aspiring artist who lives freely without any plan until being forced to work in the office. Those two characters showed us that you can’t go too extreme, make plans, always keep your life in balance and always prepare for unexpected things and disappointments——and finally, always be reminded of where your dreams are and go for it no matter how long it would take.

Today I’m kind glad that I have finally had a 5-year driving license. I thought I couldn’t had done it today because I went there a little late. But the process didn’t take long and it reminds me how socially responsible you have to be when driving. BTW, the movie is very good, but I wish it had alternate ending. And I’m starting to believe in myself again—-because of the confidence you have in a piece of important card.

What is like to be hit by a car? I just experience it today. Actually,i was almost hit by a bus...

What is like to be hit by a car? I just experience it today. Actually,i was almost hit by a bus while walking on the street. It was a pure accident. I fell down on both of my knees. However, my knees are lightly bruised and scratched, thanks to the jeans I’m wearing.

Every accident it’s a reminder that you gotta be careful in everything that you do, both on life and work.

The ice cream I uploaded was so random. However, after that sweet ice-cream, I had a few more desserts few days later. Today I had magnum. I fell guilty for doing that.

Last few weeks are very frustrating for me since I’m currently on a tight budget. I feel like I am not in control of my food because my budget is very limited. But things will start to change…….and I’m anticipating it.

An update…..I just started a new job, the second one. I am somewhat in control of my schedule. All I really want to do right now is stay motivated and inspired to be better at things I want to do for a living.

Olympics and London.

I’m usually interested in sports. Olympics is definitely my favorite events. This year, I’ve got to see so many sporting events. It reminded me when i was young, wanting to participate in sport. Anyway it’s quite to late to think about it now, so just those rumblings.

At the Olympics, I have come to know so many great athletes. I become a fan of Viktoria Komova, the balletically-great gymnast from Russia. She has a style that reminded me of Svetlana Khorkina, whom I remembered in 2000 Olympics in Sydney. They both are very elegant and so natural on the uneven bars.

I also watched basketball. Not my favorite sport at the beginning, but I think I began to like it even more after this event.

However, the highlight of this Olympics is the closing ceremony. Once I found out the spice girls were gonna be in it, I was superbly exited. Of course as a somehow grownup, you couldn’t overly scream for such thing. Spice girls is not only my childhood memory, they were the one that literally introduce me to British Pop.

As an 8 year old primary school children with little knowledge in English, I thought they were the coolest singing group back then. They were the first cassette I bought and sing along to every song out there. At the time where international music magazine and channel V were the only source of information, the spice girls conquered the world. When Geri left, I was heartbroken. Although one more album with good songs came out, the energy wasn’t the same.

I remembered being so happy when all 5 girls reunited in 2007 for a short time. But last night was probably my most happiest moment. It’s so nostalgic seeing the girls performing together again. Anyway, I hope it won’t be the last.

Anytime we reminisce about the past, it’s always such a good memory. Does it mean that the present is not so great? Or are you stepping backwards on you path? I don’t know. For me, thinking of great things in the past makes me realize how much joy we used to have. When you think about such things, for example, work—-It might make you wanna work harder to achieve those great happiness again.

So everybody, let’s get to work. There may be some difficulties on the way. But always remember how nice is the end the road like.
